Alameda County Parent's Counsel is a 501c(4) dedicated to representing parents involved in the juvenile dependency system.

Our panel of independent contract attorneys is compromised of individuals dedicated to perserving families  throughout the dependency process. It is our mission to advocate for our clients by applying our knowledge of dependency law while utilizing our trial skills to perserve our client's parental rights and regain custody of their children.
